You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us at info@ilvek.com with the following details: your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photograph of the product and packaging (if applicable). Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions on how to proceed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or materially different from what was described, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photographs of the damage.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used, opened, or are missing their original packaging.
