Delivery Information

We currently offer delivery across the United Kingdom.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Orders over £30: Free standard delivery. Orders under £30: Flat rate of £4.99.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, or peak seasonal demand. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at no additional cost.
